Care recommendations

Please note that the material we use for our hoodies, sweatshirts and warm pants is very soft and delicate. It requires extra gentle handling when washing, and very gentle products!

We strongly recommend washing at 30 degrees and using only premium and eco-friendly products such as Bio mio (not an advertisement).

For difficult soiling, streaks from poor quality products or chlorine, etc., try washing together with sufficient detergent. Try washing together with a sufficient amount of "Bio mio Universal Stain Remover", at 30 degrees. Warning. Do not use the stain remover spotwise and do not rub the soiled area!

Pour the stain remover into the special powder receiver of the washing machine. Important! Find out in the instructions of your washing machine, where exactly to pour the stain remover.

If there are light pink stains, it means that during washing got fragments of chlorine and now the thing is spoiled. But you can still customize with the same chlorine, to find out how contact us.

Return or exchange of goods, warranty

Every customer is allowed a full refund if they are dissatisfied with the product or service.

If the product is defective or faulty, we will resend you a new one or discuss the possibility of monetary compensation, or discounts on new orders, or refund your money
*Check the goods immediately upon receipt!
*In case of return, the goods must be in the package, with a tag, without traces of use or washing!

If the color or size did not fit, and the buyer wants to exchange the goods for another, he pays for return shipping and delivery of the new product.
*We always try to give correct recommendations before ordering and help with sizing, but cannot guarantee that they will fit everyone.

If you don't like something or just change your mind and want a refund, then you send the item back to us at your own expense and if it has not been used and has all the packaging items, tag, has not been used or washed, then we will give you a full refund!
*If the item has been used or washed, you can also send it back, we will look at the condition and refund between 50-75% of the original value

Warranty:
On backpacks and bags - 1 year
On all clothing and caps - 1 month
For underwear and socks - No exchanges or returns.

Important! This does not apply to warranty cases:
If you have washed incorrectly and the fabric has coarsened or faded. (Most likely were used poor quality products or wrong washing mode). If red-pink stains remain. (Chlorine particles are likely to have gotten on the fabric. Even if you didn't use chlorine, it may have been left in the machine from past washes). If you have soiled your clothes and they are no longer washable.
