The consumer has the right to exchange or return the goods of proper quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase/receipt of delivery.Exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if the goods have not been in use, preserved its trade dress, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as there is a sales receipt or cashier's check, or other document confirming payment for the goods.The buyer pays transportation costs for return/exchange (Article 25 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights).
